CONGRATULATING

 Hai everyone, so today i want to talk about congratulating. And here is my exercise

(messages that contain congratulations to someone; words that contain congratulations to someone) to express that you are happy with someone's luck or success. This word usually begins with the verb offer or send.

on what occasion do we congratulate? 

•the birth of a child (kelahiran seorang anak),

•someone’s engagement (pertunangan seseorang),

•marriage (pernikahan),

•winning a prize (memenangkan hadiah),

•coming first (datang lebih dulu),

•good sense and wise decision (pikiran yang baik dan keputusan yang bijak),

•promotion (promosi),

•appointment (pengangkatan),

•nomination (nominasi),

•election (pemilu/pemilihan),

Example:

Sena: Congratulations for being the best speaker in debate competition, Rita!
Rita: Thank you, Sena.
Sena: You have another competition next month, don’t you?
Rita: Yes. I have to practice harder.
Sena: That’s right. I know you can do it. I hope you can win the competition.
Rita: I hope so. Thank you, Sena.
