 Hello everyone👋🏻, back again with me and my blog. So today we gonna talk about announcement. (≡^∇^≡)

First, we need to know what is announcement˙˚ʚ(´◡`)ɞ˚˙

Announcements are statements made to the public or the media that provide information about something that has happened or will happen. The information is usually written or delivered orally in a public place.

The purpose:

The purpose of the announcement text is to provide information about an event, job vacancies, new student admissions, and so on by providing formal information to the general public or certain communities (To give a formal written notice of certain events).

The generic structure of announcement:

- Status purpose

The text that contains what event will be held - A sentence that provides information about what event will take place or be held.

- Status day and date

Day and date realization. The text that contains when the event will be held - A sentence that provides information about when the event will be held.

- Status place

The text that contains where the event will be held - A sentence that provides information about the location or place where the event will take place.

- Informing sender

The text that contains the name of the person who will be contacted.

For example:

to: All member of class 9A
As a part of Indonesia Independence Day celebration, our classroom will join “2020 Football Competition” on Sunday, August 23th 2020. All male student of class 9A need to gather after today’s end of class to choose student who will be the representative of our class football team. Thankyou

• Pregnancy announcement

• Business announcement

• Job announcement

• Promotion announcement

• Funeral announcement

• Lost and found

etc.

c. What is the purpose of publishing the announcement?

= The purpose of this announement isto give information about what should do or shouldn’t do ( rules ) for Garuda Passengers.

d. What will happen after the announcement published?

= After the announcement published, the passangers follow the rules that has been announced.
